Have you noticed that your child or children are doing exceedingly well in school? Do they go to a private school? Research shows that private schools are better than public schools. The number one reason for that is because of more individualized education. Another main reason is the more significant challenging opportunities students are getting. Finally, parents have more involvement in their child’s education.

My first reason why private schools are better is because of individualized education. Teachers and other helpers can find ways to help you improve in the best way that you can. That way you can be successful in your work. Also, if it is a smaller class, you have to be more engaged in what you are learning because teachers can tell more easily when you are not.

Secondly, you can have more challenging opportunities that help you grow. When you have problems you do not know how to solve, you can learn how to, and advance your knowledge on that topic. Additionally, you can learn more about yourself by the way you learn. You can help your mind to grow. Dr. Papp says, “It may create new connections between brain cells by changing the balance of available neurotransmitters and changing how connections are made.” 

Lastly, parents can be more involved in their child’s education. If parents know what their child is doing in school, they can learn how to help. That way, kids can have help at home because the parents know and understand how to assist. It is also common to see a better child’s performance if the parents are helping out. This could happen academically or through a change in attitude. Of course, there are other ways, but those are the two that mostly show.

In conclusion, private schools are better than public schools because of more individualized education, more challenging opportunities, and more parental involvement. Parents, these are important things to take into consideration. Kids, try your best in everything you do. Go and challenge yourself with school! You could surprise yourself!
